AG Welcome Box
AG Real Estate is the largest property group in Belgium, owning 8 shopping centers for their retail business. Victoria was asked to create an original concept and production for a Welcome Box for their retail tenants.
Working together is success
The main purpose of AG for the welcome box is to welcome their new surface tenants and thanks them for renting shopping center space. It’s fun and fruitful to start a new partnership with a gift that is different, original but above all useful. The main object in the box, is a hidden folder that contains all the documents and practical information necessary to new tenants.
Go green
Nowadays the « green touch » is fashionable but especially a noble cause that holds a lot of people at heart (including us at Victoria). The box is a decorative version of a small toolbox, consisting of mini garden tools, lemon balm seeds & wild flowers, small pots and ready-to-use potting mixes. Follow the instructions and let’s grow trust with AG. Eveything is reusable and eco-friendly.
Happiness is home-made
All elements in the box are home-made. The box is completely unique and » made to measure », each cut was designed for its specific objects, the hand-drawn and hand-filled seedbags, the hand-knotted potting packs and the in-house drawing illustrations. Everything has been thought out, even a blackboard under the cover on which AG can leave a personalised message to each of their new tenants! We even assembled the boxes by hand in our offices. A perfect green gift!
